I co-founded and led for over 5 years REI Systems’ charity organization, REI Cares. We focused on driving events to help our colleagues, help our area but also to help those in need around the world. Through the years, we organized many cookouts, fundraisers and charity events to collect funds, food and clothing. We also volunteered our time wherever help was needed. Some of the most successful activities include annual food drive and coat drives, fund raiser for the victims of floods and earthquakes, and fund raisers for some of our employees who happened to find themselves is unfortunate medical situations.
